A General Super provides quality assurance with Project Management. We provide multi-leveled Site Supervision (depending on project requirements); which allows us to expedite the construction process. Our Site Team is adept at providing project look-ahead, troubleshooting unanticipated conditions, coordinating and motivating subcontractors and maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.
McAlpine operates by having our Sales/Marketing staff interfacing with our Estimating Department (estimators/plan clerks), Project Managers supported by the Job Cost Administration, Submittals Coordination, and a Director of Project Management unsurpassed in knowledge, credibility, & ethics. A Purchasing Department which reviews/analyses scopes of work prior to contract awards and interfaces with Estimating and Project Management. Our Director of Estimating & Purchasing oversees Estimating, Purchasing and General & Subcontract Administration.
